Retirements

Sharpsburg Baptist Church celebrated Pastor Watson Mills’ retirement June 22 after serving the congregation more than 27 years. A former professor at Mercer, Mills established Mercer University Press at the Macon school in 1979. He was named pastor emeritus of Sharpsburg Baptist at his retirement celebration.
