What is My Account?
A new service is available for you, our subscribers and advertisers, where you can access your own account through our new Customer Self Service (CSS) Web portal. CSS gives you direct access to your information any time, and helps us keep our costs low.
How can CSS help me?
CSS allows you to do the following any time you want to:
- View your account information.
- View all of your invoices.
- View all of your payments.
- View a statement.
- View your subscription or advertising information.
- Print information.
- Submit information changes.
How do I get started?
Click here to access CSS or click My Account. You need to set up a login for your account the first time you access CSS. The registration process is fully automated and includes online help. Please contact us if you need any additional information or assistance.
