Administrative Coordinator

Grace Fellowship of Greensboro, Georgia is seeking applications for the position of Administrative Coordinator.

It is full-time (30 hours per week).  The Administrative Coordinator shall be jointly accountable to the Senior Pastor and Elders (via the Elder Chairman) to work with the pastoral staff, Elder Council, and other church staff in administering the business affairs and numerous other matters of the church.  This includes oversight and management of the following areas:

  • Administration of Human Resource activities of the church
  • Effective office management, including policies, finances, contracting, IT, Office 365, and security
  • Church calendaring and facility use
  • Maintenance and safety for the church
