New Hope Baptist Church, Senoia Campus. Seeking a full-time Director of Kids Ministry (1st through 6th grades) to provide ministry leadership, direction, support and training for Kids Ministry and Volunteers at the South Campus as directed by the Global Kids Minister. Qualifications: • Strong and active Christian faith. • Possess a sense of call to lead an essential ministry. • Clear Christian character and a growing faith that is passionate about sharing the gospel and making disciples for Christ. • A love for children and desire for them to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. • Christ-like attitude in words and actions, able to work with a variety of people. • Able to problem solve, maintain, and protect confidentiality. • Proficient in MS Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Data Base Applications. • Flexibility to work on nights and weekends. • Degree / Experience/credentials that have equipped individual for the duties of the role. • At least 5 years’ experience in Kids Ministry
