Enemies, welcome

Bring your haters a chair, since they can “stand” to see you blessed.
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.” –Psalms 23:5
How often have you found yourself avoiding people that do not like you, are mean to you, or even wish ill intent towards you? We typically don’t want to be around those who do not care for us; however, if we only dealt with those that only like us then who could we minister to and who could we be a witness to? How can those that don’t believe see God’s glory if we are not around them to witness it through our lives.
We must stop running from those that persecute us and don’t like us. How can God use us to witness to them if we avoid them? So, allow God to set a table for you and your enemies, so they can come to see the glory of God.
