Hopeful Baptist Church sets family-led revival Nov. 26-29

Hopeful Baptist Church, 13 miles outside of Camilla in the Hopeful community, will hold a four-night revival Nov. 26-29 featuring four members of the Cloud family. Pastor Clay Cloud will celebrate his first anniversary with the church on Dec. 18.

The services will begin at 6 p.m. on Sunday and 7 p.m. the remaining three nights.

On Sunday, Nov. 26 Cloud’s uncle, Cameron Cloud from Hatcher Baptist Church in Dillwyn, VA, will open the revival meeting.

On Monday, Nov. 27, Clay Cloud will be the guest speaker.

On Tuesday, Nov. 28, Cloud will be followed by his father, Gordon Cloud, who serves at First Baptist Church in Camilla.

And on Wednesday, Nov. 29, Bowen Associational Missionary Ken Cloud from Bainbridge will conclude the evangelistic event. Ken Cloud is Clay Cloud’s grandfather.

Hopeful Baptist Church is located at 2740 River Road in Mitchell County, but it has a Camilla address. It is located between Albany, Bainbridge, and Thomasville.
