Information about the upcoming Georgia election

One of our outstanding Georgia Baptist churches, First Redeemer Church in Cumming, sent survey questions to those candidates who are running for governor, lieutenant governor and state school superintendent.

Our Georgia Baptist Public Affairs Committee requested The Christian Index to publish the results of the surveys. Five of the candidates considered the surveys important enough to complete and return. While most of the candidates did not return the surveys, we thought you would like to see the results and those who were conscientious enough to return their responses to the questions.

Please feel free to share this information with interested persons and churches throughout Georgia.
