There’s no doubt that this summer will look very different than any other summer in recent history. As most events and activities have been cancelled or postponed, families will be spending much more time at home. And while this has been true for the last several months, there’s no longer distance learning going on for school, so families may be looking for fun and meaningful activities to do with their children.
Here are 61 Suggestions for a Super Summer. This is a calendar list of ideas that you can do with your children during June and July. These suggestions could be modified for families no matter how many children or the ages of the children. It is our prayer that these activities will help spark your own creativity and help you think of ways to disciple your children.
There are 61 ideas here, which gives you one a day for the months of June and July. Some activities that are our favorites include:
“These words that I am giving you today are to be in your heart. Repeat them to your children. Talk about them when you sit in your house and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”

Each week there will be a Bible verse to memorize, fun ways to learn it, as well activities to reinforce the verse and fun ways to learn and do missions and service for others and some great prayer prompts as well.
The Bible tells us that children are a blessing and a gift. Use this summer wisely to make a difference in their lives. Teach them Scripture, pray with them, and help them learn to serve others. Be intentional to set aside time each day for these simple activities that can make a difference in their lives and the lives of others.
