Encourage your church to use one of the following Mission Georgia Moments before the morning worship offering is collected, as part of a Sunday School opening comment, or in a Small Group or WMU meeting. Each entry is not time-sensitive and can be used on any Sunday of the year.

May 3

Atlanta is a hub for much of the Southeast’s human trafficking. Your Mission Georgia gifts enable the Georgia Baptist Convention to contribute almost $25,000 annually to ministries that are daily rescuing boys and girls as young as age 5, youths, and teens caught in this web.

May 10

Individuals are coming to faith in Christ through the Georgia Baptist Tent Ministry supported in part by your Mission Georgia gifts. The tents are used for revivals, wild game dinners, revivals where, last year, occurred 667 professions of faith and 99 rededications.
