From the churches: Christ Covenant Church releases A City of Light, a documentary on church planting in the post-Christian West

ATLANTA — Christ Covenant Church, a gospel-centered church with two Atlanta campuses, has released a new documentary titled A City of Light. The film tells a story of the challenges and remarkable opportunities of gospel witness and contextualization in today’s global cities—particularly in the city of Paris.

The film follows the stories of three churches in Paris and features theologians, pastors, and missionaries who share their perspectives on the vital work of planting and strengthening churches in the Western world. Through vivid storytelling and thoughtful reflection, A City of Light sheds light on what it means to bring the hope of the gospel to the heart of a post-Christian culture.

The documentary is directed by Kevin Terrell and produced by Billy Bean.

A City of Light will be available to stream beginning November 1 at acityoflight.com and on YouTube.
