Paul Ballard called to Louisiana as senior pastor

Paul Ballard has accepted the call as senior pastor from First Baptist Church of Zachary, LA. He announced his resignation on Sunday (Jan. 14) in the morning service at Mountain Park First Baptist Church in Stone Mountain. The Lilburn resident told the congregation that Jan. 28 will be his and wife Libbie’s final Sunday at the church. The South Carolina resident came to the Atlanta-area church 6.5 years ago from a church in North Carolina. He and Libbie have two grown children, Matthew and Lauren.
