Freddy Gardner was recently named the new associational missionary for Tattnall-Evans Baptist Association, beginning his tenure June 1. Previously, he served as pastor or on the ministry staff of churches in Georgia and South Carolina, most recently as senior pastor at First Baptist Church, Broxton.

Milton Woods recently retired from the pastorate of Friendship Baptist Church at Lake Sinclair in Eatonton after 55 years of ministry in Georgia, Michigan, and Texas. A native of Dalton, he and his wife of 57 years, Shirley, currently reside in Social Circle.

Tommy Duke joined Watkinsville Memorial Baptist Church in March as pastor. A native of Loganville, he holds degrees from The Baptist College of Florida and Southern Seminary. He and his wife Erin have four children.
