DULUTH, Ga. – A Facebook group started last year by Georgia Baptist Mission Board discipleship catalyst Scott Sullivan has reached 3,000 members.
The purpose of the group, Georgia Baptist Discipleship, is to strengthen churches by resourcing, inspiring and creating disciple-makers.
Sullivan, along with other members of the Facebook group, keeps a steady flow of content that offers fresh ideas to help church leaders help others to grow in their faith.
A post to the Facebook group identified Freddy Hogg, pastor of Ivey Baptist Church, as member No. 3,000. In honor of the milestone, Hogg was given a $100 gift card.
