Georgia Baptist kids ministry leaders will get a chance to connect with hundreds of like-minded servants with a heart for shaping the next generation at the 2025 Kids Ministry Summit next month at Jekyll Island. The event, hosted by the Georgia Baptist Mission Board’s NextGen Kids ministry, will be held Feb. 6 and 7, at the Jekyll Island Resort.
"The Summit is for kids ministry leaders to come together to worship, network, fellowship, relax, learn, and grow through training and conversations with each other," says Krista Staton, GBMB Kids Ministry consultant. "It's so refreshing to be together for this special time. Please make plans to join us… it's not too late to register."
The purpose of the summit is to gather children’s ministers from across the state for a special time of growth and retreat. The goal is for attendees to leave the event rejuvenated in their call for ministry.
This year’s keynote speaker will be Stephanie Chase. Chase has more than 25 years of experience working in education and kids ministry as a teacher, director, writer, and trainer. She is the kids minister at Champions Forest Baptist Church in Houston. Chase is passionate about raising up the next generation of believers.
Those interested in attending the conference can register through the Georgia Baptist Mission Board website at this link.
