Georgia BCM students take the gospel to the state, nation and the world via Send Me Now

Posted

Georgia college students are sharing the gospel  in the state, across the nation and around the world this spring and summer as part of the Send Me Now program. The initiative, sponsored by the Georgia Baptist Mission Board Collegiate Ministry, mobilizes students to serve God through missions.

So far this year, teams of students have served in Norway, Argentina, Arizona and, most recently, in New Orleans during the Southern Baptist Convention annual meeting.

In Tucson this spring, the Send Me Now team assisted church plants and worked in Tuba City, the Navajo Indian Reservation's largest community. And, in Oslo, Norway, team members assisted Home Church, an evangelical church affiliated with the Baptist union in Norway, and other ministries.

Send Me Now missions are funded by donations. For information, visit the Send Me Now website.
