“By the grace and favor of God working in and through a great team, we actually pulled it off!” Chad Connelly, the director of Faith Wins commented.

The tour also communicated that "it is important that Christians understand their responsibility as citizens and that in doing so, that their voices be heard from a Biblical perspective,” Mike Griffin, public affairs representative, said.

The Faith Wins team completed a five day, 12 city tour of the state of Georgia. In those five days they conducted 12 meetings in churches or Christian schools in 12 different cities from Dalton to Valdosta, from Athens to Columbus, and other cities all over the state. In addition to the Georgia Baptist Mission Board (represented by Griffin) the leadership team included Chad Connelly and Byron Foxx (Faith Wins) and Paul Smith and Cory Laurence from Citizen Impact. The team was joined by have former Congressman Bob McEwen, Christian historian David Barton of Wallbuilders, and Congressman Jody Hice along with them at various stops.

The pastors and congregants who came to the meetings heard from these national speakers to encourage them to maximize the Christian vote in the upcoming runoff elections and in every election. Those attending were also afforded the opportunity to receive voter guides from the Faith Freedom Coalition. Over 5,000 voter guides were given out for distribution during the 12 sessions.
